Sending files to a shop? Enter its code
Still taking print files on WhatsApp?
It works, until the queue is long, the chat is full and you can't find whose file is whose.
With WhatsApp
- Customers ask for your WhatsApp number at the counter
- Your personal chats fill up with strangers' documents
- Download, rename, find the file again on the PC
- Aadhaar and PAN copies stay on the shop computer forever
With QR Copy
- Customers scan one QR code. No app, no number to share
- Files arrive on your dashboard with copies and colour already chosen
- Open, print, mark done. Nothing to download
- Files delete themselves after printing
How it works
Three steps, and your customers already know the first one.
- 01
Put the QR on your counter
Sign up, add your shop and print the QR code. Takes about two minutes.
- 02
Customer scans and uploads
From any phone camera. They pick files, copies, colour and sides, then send.
- 03
You print from the dashboard
The job pops up with a token like A-042. Call out the token, print, done.
Built for a busy counter
Everything a xerox shop needs, nothing it doesn't.
Nothing to install
Customers use their phone camera and browser. Works on any phone.
Live job alerts
New jobs appear instantly with a sound, so you never miss one in a rush.
Private by default
Files are deleted automatically. Your shop PC stays clean.
Opening hours
Uploads close outside your hours, with lunch breaks and late nights supported.
PDFs and photos
Customers send PDFs or phone photos, iPhone ones too. You see page counts before printing.
More than one shop
Run a second branch from the same account, each with its own QR code.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They scan your QR code with the phone camera, pick their files and send them from the browser. No app, no sign-up and no need to share a phone number.
Which files can customers send?
PDFs and photos (JPG, PNG, WEBP and iPhone HEIC photos). You decide the largest file size and how many files one customer can send, and you see the page count before printing. Word files are not supported yet; customers can save them as PDF first.
How long are files kept? Who can see them?
Only your shop sees the files. They are deleted automatically when you mark the job done or rejected, and at the latest 24 hours after upload, so Aadhaar and PAN copies don't pile up on your computer.
Is there a free trial? What does it cost?
Yes. New shops get 10 days free on the Basic plan, no payment needed to start. After that: Basic: ₹199 a month or ₹2,100 a year, up to 1 shop; Pro: ₹299 a month or ₹3,199 a year, up to 2 shops. Every plan has unlimited print jobs.
What happens when my plan ends? Can I renew early?
You can renew any time from the Billing page, by UPI. Renewing early doesn't waste anything: the days you have left are kept and the new period is added after them. If the plan runs out, uploads stop until you renew; your shop and settings stay.
Can I use it on my phone, or on more than one counter?
Yes. QR Copy works in any browser, on a phone, tablet or the shop computer. You can stay signed in on several devices at once, and new jobs show up on all of them with a sound.
How do I get my QR poster?
After adding your shop, open it in the dashboard and download the QR poster. Pick the size and language, print it and put it on your counter. You can download it again any time.
What if a customer sends files after closing time?
Set your opening hours, including lunch breaks or late nights, and uploads close outside them. Customers see that the shop is closed and can send their files once you open.
