Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

QR Copy is run by QrCopy ("we", "us"). It lets print and xerox shops receive files from customers who scan the shop's QR code, and manage those print jobs on one screen.

2. Your account

• You sign in with one-time codes sent to your mobile number and email.
• Give your real name and contact details, and keep your phone and email secure. You are responsible for everything done from your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Free trial, plans and payment

• New accounts may get a free trial for the period shown at sign-up. When it ends, your shops stop accepting new files until you choose a plan.
• Plans are paid monthly or yearly in Indian rupees by UPI. After paying, you send the transaction ID (UTR) and a screenshot. The plan starts once we have checked the payment and approved it, usually within one working day.
• Plans do not renew automatically. If you buy before your current plan ends, the new period starts when the current one ends, so you lose no days. A bigger plan starts at once.
• Payments are not refundable once a plan has started, except where the law requires a refund. If a payment is rejected (for example, the UTR does not match), we tell you why and you have not been charged by us.
• We may change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

4. Your responsibilities as a shop owner

• Use customers' files and details only to print their job. Do not copy, keep, share or sell them.
• Do not print material that is illegal, or that you know infringes someone's copyright or other rights. You are responsible for what you print.
• Keep your shop details (name, address, hours, prices) correct, so customers are not misled.
• Follow the laws that apply to your business, including tax and consumer law.

5. Customer files

• Files are stored only so the shop can print them. They are deleted automatically when the shop marks the job done or rejected, and in any case 24 hours after upload.
• Shop owners: print everything before marking a job done. Deleted files cannot be recovered.
• Customers: send only files you have the right to print, and check them before sending. The shop, not QR Copy, is responsible for the printing, its price and its quality.

6. Things you must not do

• Upload malware, or anything illegal, abusive or harmful.
• Try to access accounts, shops or files that are not yours.
• Overload, scrape, copy or reverse engineer the service.
• Use the service to send spam or to mislead people.

7. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close an account, or a shop, that breaks these terms or the law, or puts other users at risk. Where we can, we tell you why. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@qrcopy.in; deleting it removes your shops, jobs, files and plan history.

8. The service as it is

We work to keep QR Copy running and your data safe, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and features may change.

9. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, business or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a significant change we show it in the app or tell you by email before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are handled by the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.
